FREMONT, Ohio – Once again Mother Nature took the win at Fremont Speedway as persistent rains caused the cancellation of the April 24 races. So, “The Track That Action Built” will move it’s season opener to Saturday, May 1, with a rain date of Sunday, May 2 for the Bauman Auto Group Night featuring the Fort Ball Pizza Palace 410 Sprints, Fremont Federal Credit Union 305 Sprints and the Fremont Fence Dirt Trucks.

Gates will open May 1 at 4 p.m. with racing under way at 7 p.m. Should the Sunday rain date be needed, gates will open at 3 p.m. with racing at 6 p.m.
