Speedway says 'Thanks' to the fans on May 30

FREMONT, Ohio - Fremont Speedway
will say "thanks" to all the great race
fans on Underground Utilities
Inc. Night, Saturday, May 30, with general
admission just $10 and food
specials as well. Also, two fans will walk away
with $250 each!
To show their appreciation
for the support they have been given Fremont
Speedway Promoters Rich
Farmer and Andy James have supplied free admission
tickets to all students
16 and under who attend school at Gibsonburg,
Fremont (public and parochial),
Clyde (public and parochial) and Bellevue
schools.
The racing will feature the
Sunoco American Late Model Services, the Fremont
Federal Credit Union 305
Sprints and the Fremont Fence Dirt Trucks.
Drivers in the 305 sprints
and dirt trucks will be signing footballs which
will be tossed into the
stands early in the evening. The fans who have the
football signed by the winner
of the feature event for each of the two
divisions, will take home
$250.
Besides the lower admission
price and free tickets for the area teens, mom
and dad can afford to feed
the kids as hot dogs will be buy one and get
another free.
Coming up on McDonald's Night,
Saturday, June 6, the first ever induction
ceremonies of the Fremont
Speedway Hall of Fame will take place. Prior to
the night's racing action
with the 410 and 305 sprints and dirt trucks, 17
well-deserving individuals
will be inducted. Ceremonies are planned around 3
p.m. under the historic
covered grandstands. All senior citizens will get a
break at the gate as their
admission tickets are just $5.
