ATTICA/FREMONT, Ohio - Attica Raceway Park and Fremont Speedway have announced they will continue to utilize the right rear spec tire from Hoosier that were put into the rules for all sprint car divisions at the start of the season.
 
Hoosier has recently come out with new compounds, but Attica and Fremont will stay with the Hoosier - 105/8-15 SC12, SC15 and SC25 tires.
 
"Those were the three compounds in our contract and that's what we will stick to," said Fremont Speedway Promoter Rich Farmer.
 
"We have heard nothing from Hoosier about the new tires, so we will stick to our original rules. Besides, it wouldn't be right to put teams in a situation where they may have purchased tires already and then change the rules," said Attica Raceway Park Director of Operations Rex LeJeune.
