Help Jack Hewitt's family

FREMONT, Ohio (July 28) - Jack Hewitt, who was recently inducted into the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame, is in serious but stable condition following neck surgery to fix injuries he suffered in a USAC sprint car crash at North Vernon, Ind. Speedway on July 22.

Hewitt remains in the critical care unit of the Indianapolis Methodist Hospital.
